As long time investors in the City of Markham, Greybrook Realty Partners was proud to present at the 2016 Markham Investment Forum held by the New Immigrant Business Development Center. A center of the Ontario Chinese Business community, Markham has attracted a large number of New Chinese Canadians and investors who were among the attendees. The day featured representatives from several industries including real estate, commercial banking, insurance, wealth management and diamond investments, as the forum was an educational gathering bringing together various investment offerings and asset managers.
Greybrook Securities Inc. CEO, Sasha Cucuz, and Greybrook Realty Partners VP, Private Capital Markets, Joshua Hoo presented Greybrook’s disciplined investment strategy (including the importance of selecting the right development partners), showcased some current developments, and shared Greybrook’s vision of the Toronto real estate market.
Additional presentations included current policies of personal and commercial mortgage products, family business succession planning under the Canadian economic system, as well as the importance of diamond and rare stone investments in a diversified portfolio.
Audience feedback indicated that the forum was well-received and beneficial for attendees. Greybrook is pleased to have been able to provide real estate industry knowledge and investment opportunities as part of such a diverse forum.
