A recent article by The Next Miami made clear that Miami is growing, and fast. Data compiled by the United States Census Bureau states that in just one year (July 1st, 2015 – July 1st, 2016) the population increased by 2.9 percent, the largest increase for the city in the past decade. This is not a singular occurrence, but rather a trend, as Miami’s population has grown 13.5 percent overall in the past ten years, adding 399,457 residents to the fourth most densely populated big city in America. In addition, an estimated 5,400 residents move to the district each month, making the Miami metro area is amongst the fastest growing regions nationally.
Greybrook’s 300 Biscayne development is centrally located in the heart of Miami, providing future residents with more than 500 ultra-luxury units to meet the city’s continual demand for housing.
