Our 300 Biscayne development with Property Markets Group was featured in a front-page article in the Miami Herald this week. The 1,036 foot tall Sieger Suarez Architects designed tower will become the tallest residential building south of New York City upon completion, featuring over 800,000 square feet of ultra-luxury living. Blending a five-star hotel brand and residences, 300 Biscayne is expected to have 93 stories and 640 residential units which will provide residents with unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay. We are pleased to see more media coverage following the recent release of 300 Biscayne’s renderings and expect to see interest continue to build as we move towards the project’s sales launch in 2018.
