We are pleased to share aerial photos of our Whitby Harbour development with Fieldgate Homes. As you can see in the images below, the 3.51-acre site has been cleared and servicing is on track to begin excavation early 2019. The development is enclosed by lush green space only a short walk from the scenic Whitby Harbor. Future residents will enjoy year-round waterfront living offered by the proximity of the harbour, in addition to a series of extensive trails suited for a stroll or bike ride. The development site is also commuter friendly and just minutes from the Whitby GO station, Highway 401 and 412. We will provide further development updates on our blog as we receive them.
