Brightline has completed another step in its expansion to Orlando as All Aboard Florida secures funding approval for $1.75 billion to initiate phase two of the high-speed rail service. The cities of Fort Lauderdale and Miami are becoming increasingly more interconnected with the Brightline railway service, which has set a target completion date of 2021 for the Orlando leg. Phase One of the Brightline route begins in Miami (from Miami Central Station, conveniently located near our 300 Biscayne and X Biscayne developments) to Fort Lauderdale (steps from our X Las Olas developments) to West Palm Beach, with the Phase Two extension to Orlando providing a more efficient alternative to intercity commuting.
