We are pleased to report that construction continues to progress well on both towers at our Garrison Point and Playground Condominium development with Cityzen Development Group and Fernbrook Homes. Garrison Point recently topped off in early November, and the mechanical/electrical rough-ins have been completed through the 23rd floor, windows have been installed up to the 13th floor, and interior drywall work is ongoing on floors 3 through 6. Construction of Playground Condominiums has reached the 12th floor, mechanical/electrical rough-ins have been completed through the 8th floor, with windows being installed on the ground and 2nd floors.
Playground Condominiums has now reached 75% sold out, and all units in Garrison Point have been sold. The finishing selections and upgrade sales program is substantially complete for Garrison Point buyers, with the program for Playground buyers beginning late this year and continuing into the first half of 2019.
