We are pleased to report that construction is advancing well for our Avenue & Park project in partnership with Stafford Homes. After the project broke ground August of last year and underwent an extensive excavation program, grading has now been completed with construction progressing well into the next stage of foundation work. As covered in a recent Urban Toronto feature, crews are hard at work on-site, laying down rebar in preparation for pouring the concrete foundation and construction of the building’s underground garage.
Avenue & Park located in the highly sought-after Lawrence Park neighbourhood will be home to thirty-six luxury residences, each with their own distinctive style tailored to the resident, offering premium amenities, including an in-house cinema.
