Last month our X Las Olas development reached an important construction milestone with concrete work making it to roof-level and officially ‘topping off’ after reaching its full height of 34 storeys. As is traditional in the development industry, our developer partner, Property Markets Group (PMG), hosted a “top off” event to celebrate this achievement with our construction trades. Since topping off, work has continued to move along quickly with exterior glazing being installed up to the 28th floor, while interior work and finishes, such as unit framing, tile installation and drywall advanced on different floors throughout the building.
We have been thrilled to see how quickly the building has risen ever since the project broke ground last January. With Tower 1 pre-leasing activities on track to commence at the end of this year, followed by occupancy early next year, we can’t wait to see how quickly X Las Olas’ extensive common areas and shared co-living spaces take shape in this X Social Community.
