After much anticipation, our project The Way, with partners Metropia and Sorbara Group, will be launching sales this Saturday November 9th for the new Collegeway location. The sales event for The Way – Collegeway will be hosted at The Way Presentation Centre located at 1528 Dundas Street West in Mississauga where prospective buyers will have the opportunity to explore the project’s award-winning floorplans, view the scale model and even walk through a full-scale rooftop patio.
Similar to sister site, The Way – Millway, Collegeway is located in the sought after Erin Mills community of Mississauga and features innovative 2-storey family-sized, urban townhomes with elegant and contemporary designs. Future residents of The Way – Collegeway will enjoy underground parking, rooftop patios or garden terraces along with modern and traditional floorplans.
While the Collegeway site gears up for the sales launch, construction continues to progress quickly at the project’s Millway site as seen in images below.
