A fresh opportunity in Richmond Hill drew a virtual crowd this week at our online preview event.

Earlier this week our Greybrook friends and family joined us for a live virtual event, previewing the sales launch of Ivylea, our latest townhome project in Richmond Hill with partner Marlin Spring. The online event included remarks from Peter Politis, CEO, Greybrook Realty Partners and Ben Bakst, CEO, Marlin Spring who shared a few words about our co-investment in Richmond Hill. As well as a presentation from the Ivylea sales team, who walked our investors through the abundant attractive highlights and features of the community.

Located at Leslie Street and 19th Avenue in prestigious Richmond Hill, Ivylea will feature elegant three-storey townhomes surrounding a lush community parkette. Situated near an abundance of natural greenspace with trails and parks such as the neighbouring Rawlinson Park and Lake Wilcox, Ivylea will offer endless opportunities for recreation. Future residents and families will also enjoy easy access to nearby lifestyle amenities including numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants, as well as the many top tier schools that the area is known for.

Richmond Hill GO Station is just 10 minutes from the property, enabling future residents to have easy access to Highway 404, 407 and the broader 400 – series highway network. With the VIVA Rapidway opening soon and the recently announced future TTC Yonge North Subway Extension, connectivity will never be an issue.

We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to share the impressive community features of Ivylea with our Greybrook friends and family.
