Greybrook and Stafford Homes’ elegant Avenue & Park mixed-use condominium development project is pleased to report exterior cladding has been completed and window installations are coming to an end. The finalization of the exterior cladding process has allowed for interior framing on most of the lower levels to reach completion, permitting the finishing trades to coordinate full suite and common area fitouts in the months to come.
