Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Castlepoint Numa and oversaw their development of the Lower JCT. project.
An eight-acre property located in the Junction Triangle neighbourhood of Toronto, Ontario, the development plan for Lower JCT. called for the construction of over 650 residential condominium units and townhomes, and up to 550,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail and office space. The site is conveniently located near three of Toronto’s major public transportation lines including the TTC Bloor subway line, GO Transit and the Union Pearson Express airport rail link service. The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) will be moving its gallery and head office to The Tower Automotive Building, a 10-storey heritage structure built in 1919, which will be completely renovated and sit at the center of this community.
