Greybrook participated in the development and asset management of the Max Condos project, a 363-unit condominium developed by developer partner, Tribute Communities.
Located at 77 Mutual street in the heart of Toronto steps away from the corner of Church street and Dundas street west on of Toronto’s most central neighbourhoods, the 36-storey condominium was carefully designed offering a mix of units between 420 and 850 square feet. The completed Max Condos offers its residents convenient access to an array of area amenities, transit, shops, malls, restaurants and boutiques.
The development was successfully completed in 2021 and the condominium was registered in 2021.
