Greybrook invested equity capital alongside Cityzen Development Group, Tercot Communities, and is overseeing their development of the Stouffville II project.
The development site is situated in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, and is expected to be developed into a residential townhome community. The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, located just north of Markham, is the third fastest growing community in Canada and has experienced a notable residential boom in recent years.
