Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partners Tiffany Park Homes and Andrin Homes and oversaw the development of the Towns of Cornell project, a 200-unit low-rise development.
Located at the intersection of Highway 7 East and Highway 48 Road in the City of Markham, one of the fastest-growing municipalities in Ontario, the 9.7-acre parcel of land was successfully taken through a zoning approval process and 200 townhomes were sold, constructed and delivered to homebuyers. The new Towns of Cornell community offers its residents easy access to many of Markham’s urban amenities, top schools, and convenient access to major highways and transit.
