We are pleased to share that construction of our Towns of Cornell project continues to advance thanks to our partners Tiffany Park Homes and Andrin Homes. Progress on-site continues to advance, moving smoothly as foundation work has been completed for all 22 freehold townhome blocks. Over half of the freehold townhome blocks are approaching completion with work underway in the townhome interiors, e while the final stages of framing, roofing and facing are being completed on the remaining blocks. Construction of the urban townhomes is fast approaching and is expected to commence in the coming months. We are thrilled to see how this new community is taking shape.
