Greybrook invested equity capital alongside developer partner Empire Communities and oversaw the planned development of the Yorkville project, a high-rise luxury condominium.

Located at the northeast corner of Yorkville Avenue and Avenue Road in the heart of Toronto’s most luxury neighbourhood, the luxury condominium site was successfully taken through a zoning approval process and sold prior to the commencement of the marketing and sales program. Greybrook Yorkville Limited Partnership investors successfully exited the investment through the realization of a property sale of the approved lands.

The sale transaction successfully closed in 2019.
