Karl Brady is the Chief Financial Officer of Greybrook Realty Partners and its affiliated companies, and President of Greybrook Multifamily Inc.
As President of Greybrook Multifamily, Karl leads the firm’s multifamily investment platform, including the growth, acquisition, and asset management of value-add and stabilized rental housing across North America. He oversees capital allocation and financing, including U.S. agency debt programs and Canadian CMHC/bank financing.
As Chief Financial Officer, Karl partners with the CEOs to lead the firm’s financial strategy across its real estate private equity platform. He is an active member of the investment committee, providing critical review of underwriting, capital structure, and risk-adjusted returns. He supports investment structuring, working closely with capital markets and legal teams to design efficient, scalable structures. He also provides leadership on cross-border investments, including currency considerations and tax-efficient capital flows between Canada and the United States.
In addition, he oversees financial and tax reporting and operations, delivering institutional-quality transparency and driving scalable financial and data infrastructure.
Karl brings over fifteen years of experience in finance and investment management.
Karl is a Chartered Accountant (Ireland) and a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant (Ontario).
