
Liam is an Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. He is responsible for supporting the team’s underwriting, and project management functions to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. Liam supports the team in conducting pre-transaction due diligence, including market research and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Liam was a Senior Analyst at U-Rite Technologies, a Toronto-based start-up that aims to simplify the underwriting process for Commercial Real Estate. During his time there, Liam underwrote real estate transactions across all asset and product types while managing relationships for clients across North America. Before U-Rite, Liam held co-op positions at Oxford Properties in their Retail Asset Management division and Hazelview Investments with their Private Equity Accounting group.
Liam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
