Guests were invited to an exclusive grand opening event to tour the expansive 11,000 square foot sales gallery, which is among the largest and most technologically advanced galleries in South Florida. Watch the feature video below.
The development team set out to craft a truly one-of-a-kind immersive sales experience and partnered with digital innovators Razorfish to bring our vision for this iconic project to life. The gallery’s most cutting-edge elements include a “Coffee in the Clouds” installation which features a 70-foot LED wall with over a million LED light bulbs that showcase views from every residence, customizable by weather and time of day. Adding to the overall project journey within the sales gallery is the “City on the Rise” and “Welcome to the Neighbourhood” projections and an interactive scale model showing off Downtown Miami. The main entrance features an entryway sculpture with a short film on the project to create a captivating experience from the moment guests enter the sales centre. But the real ‘jewel’ of sales centre is the impressive 24-foot high scale model of the future 100-storey Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami tower that allowed guests to explore the stunning architectural design up close and personal.
The lavish event was attended by many VIPs including PMG Managing Partners Kevin Maloney, Ryan Shear and Dan Kaplan, the project’s sales team, PMG Residential, architects Charles Sieger and Carlos Ott, as well as Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. The opulent affair featured live musical performances by Yoli Mayor and other talented opera singers to entertain guests.
Known as “the tallest tower south of Manhattan”, The Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami is set to change the Miami skyline forever and signal a new era for the city’s growing downtown core. The ultra-luxury, state-of-the-art tower will rise over Biscayne Bay and consist of over 360 residences, 205 hotel rooms and feature luxury amenities and services that are synonymous with the iconic Waldorf Astoria hospitality brand.
