Construction has been progressing steadily at our Archetto Towns in Woodbridge. Since our last update, foundations for all 16 blocks have been poured and framing is well underway for many of the homes in the development. The windows and door installations have also been completed on nearly half of the homes in the project, and on the most progressed homes, the brickwork has been completed and the interior finishing work has begun as we work towards welcoming our first homeowners to their new homes in late 2023.
Located at Pine Valley and Major Mackenzie in the growing community of Woodbridge, our townhome development with developer partner Marlin Spring, includes a collection of 91 spacious townhomes featuring high-end details with contemporary flair. Future Archetto homeowners will have convenient access to the area’s network of recreational parks, trails and conservation areas, including the William Granger Greenway, the Kortright Centre for Conservation and the Boyd Conservation Area, offering residents ample opportunities to enjoy the surrounding nature and maintain active outdoor lifestyle. Nearby amenities, retail, schools and transit in Woodbridge and the broader City of Vaughan are all easily accessible, and with Highway 400 only 3.8 kilometres from the site, residents can conveniently connect to other parts of the GTA.
The community of Woodbridge has grown steadily over the past several decades. Its growth can be attributed to the expansion of the City of Vaughan and the continued development of new housing and businesses in the area. With a population of more than 100,000, Woodbridge has evolved into one of Vaughan’s largest suburban communities, transforming from the agricultural community it was prior to the 1970s. Its proximity to Toronto has made it an ideal location for people seeking a suburban lifestyle that offers a high quality of life, access to amenities, and the opportunities of a major city.
