The precast panels, which are integral to the site’s vertical construction, are currently being made off-site, with the windows scheduled for production next week. The project’s east tower, located at 65 East Liberty St., has reached 6th-floor construction, with the other two towers following closely.
The sales & marketing team is now focusing on the opening of an interim sales centre given the lease expiration of the former one. The new centre will be located in the area until an official one can be built at one of the projects in 2012. As King West Life continues to mark significant advances, the sales & marketing team anticipates phase 1 occupancies will begin in June of 2012, with phases 2 and 3 to follow.
