The excitement was palpable at the Museum of Contemporary Art_Toronto_Canada press conference yesterday, as “the Museum” for short (previously known as Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art or MoCCA) announced their rebranding, “20/20 Plan” for expansion, and upcoming programming schedule for 2017 and beyond. More than 200 attendees were present, made up of the Museum’s benefactors, local artists, curators and gallery owners, Greybrook Realty Partners’ executive team and our Lower JCT. developer partners Castlepoint Numa, as well as several community leaders.

During her speech, Chantal Pontbriand touched upon the location of MoCA I, within the Auto BLDG. (opening May 2, 2017), and MoCA II, a new museum facility slated to be built and open in 2020 as part of the LowerJCT. project managed by Castlepoint Greybrook Sterling Inc.
