Our Waterfront II development with Marlin Spring was recently featured in an article on UrbanToronto, highlighting the mixed-use development’s unique design by Graziani + Corazza Architects. The wedge-shaped 0.45-hectare property is expected to be developed into two 21 and 26 storey towers atop a shared podium, bringing over 540 residential units and 11,500 square feet of commercial space to market on Toronto’s waterfront. Future residents will enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and convenient access to major 400 series highways and to downtown Toronto via Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway and TTC bus and streetcar routes.
We look forward to sharing more details on the development of Waterfront II as the project progresses.
