
We are pleased to share that our Oakville II project with developer partner, Treasure Hill, is currently in the servicing phase. Earthworks and pre-servicing work have been completed (see image below), with servicing to begin imminently.
The site for the future sales centre has been selected. Located at 1359 Dundas Street West in Oakville, the location has direct frontage on Dundas Street and will be highly visible and accessible for prospective buyers. Preliminary applications for sales centre construction have been submitted and are in process.
Based on progress to date, we anticipate servicing to be completed by end of the year, paving the way for land closing and allowing for vertical construction to commence in the following quarter.
