Our Garrison Point and Playground Condominiums development continues to take shape as construction progresses throughout the summer. Aerial photos of the site show construction progress as of August 18 and also showcases some of the beautiful views of downtown Toronto that will be available to future residents.
Construction of the North tower (Playground Condominiums at Garrison Point) has now passed the 5th floor as visible below, with new floors being completed at a pace of approximately one each week.
The South Tower (Garrison Point) is nearing its full height, with more than 20 of 29 floors complete. We expect to top off the building by the end of the year.
