Danny is an Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group. He is responsible for supporting the team’s underwriting, and project management functions to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. Danny supports the team in conducting due diligence, market research and financial analysis.
Prior to joining Greybrook, Danny was an Investment Analyst at EMBLEM Developments, a Toronto-based real estate developer. While there, Danny was responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, supporting the due diligence process, performing financial analysis, and managing a portfolio of high-rise residential projects across Ontario. Previously, Danny worked in Grant Thornton’s advisory group, providing M&A and restructuring advisory services for mid-market clients across a variety of industries.
Danny graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with an HBA in Economics and Accounting and is a CPA.
