The occupancy phase at the East Liberty site has commenced:
Tower 1 – the east tower (65 East Liberty St.) – all 23 floors have been completed. Windows installation and exterior finishing work has been completed, with occupancy reaching the 16th floor and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) reaching the 20th floor.
Tower 2 – the middle tower (75 East Liberty St.) – all 25 floors have been completed. Windows installation and exterior finishing work has been completed, with possessions reaching the 4th floor and Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) reaching the 12th floor.
Tower 3 – the west tower (85 East Liberty St.) – all 23 floors have been completed. Windows installation and exterior finishing are nearly completed, with work shifting to the interior finishing.
