Construction continues to proceed on the 20,000 square foot 300 Biscayne Sales Centre since our last update. The foundation and framing are now complete, with utility work and roof installation currently in progress. Custom Modspace trailers have been procured and modified to meet the specifications of the project, and are pending delivery to the site. Construction of the scale model is in underway, and we anticipate receiving delivery in Q2 2018.
