Greybrook is very excited to announce that the sales program for our Stockyards District Residences project with developer partner Marlin Spring is progressing extremely well. The majority of the one bedroom and one bedroom + den units are sold out and over 70% of the total units have sold. As new retail stores, event spaces, owner-operated shops and restaurants as well as craft breweries replace former industrial spaces and facilities, this revived neighbourhood is rife with opportunity and growth.
On the heels of the successful sales program, we are looking forward to on-site construction to begin this summer.
