Greybrook is pleased to share that with construction progressing well at our Towns of Cornell project, we have begun home closings on completed townhomes.
While framing and masonry is being completed on Block 3 and Block 6 respectively, the remaining freehold townhome blocks on site are entering the finishing stages – ranging from drywall to ready-to-close. Curbs and sidewalk installation are scheduled to start this month with the landscaping program to follow shortly after. For the project’s urban townhomes blocks, construction has now commenced and framing has begun on two of the five blocks, while foundations have been completed on an additional two blocks in preparation for the framing stage.
Surrounded by quiet pedestrian-friendly streets and numerous parks, the Towns of Cornell are conveniently located providing easy accessibility to many urban amenities and major transit lines. We look forward to the next stages of progress as this community takes shape.
