Greybrook is thrilled to announce the official groundbreaking for our X Biscayne development with Property Markets Group (PMG) took place earlier this week. Marking the start of construction, the groundbreaking ceremony was led by PMG’s Principal, Ryan Shear, followed by remarks from Miami Mayor, Francis Suarez, and Pastor Dr. Audrey Warren of The First Methodist Church of Miami.
Designed by award-winning firm, Sieger Suarez Architects, the X Biscayne property (steps from our Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences Miami on Biscayne Boulevard) will be developed into a 49-storey multi-family residential tower. Part of PMG’s growing co-living X Social Communities portfolio, X Biscayne is set to provide future residents a complete social living experience that not only offers expansive amenity spaces and extensive event programming but also affordable living through the popular ‘rent-by-bedroom’ co-living option.
