We are pleased to share the latest aerial footage of our The Way: Millway site in Mississauga’s Erin Mill community . Since our last update, paneling and rough framing has been completed on all of townhome blocks, along with work on window installations. While mechanical rough-ins and drywall prep work is currently underway on some blocks, the finishing phase will commence next. Construction pushes forward in preparation for tentative occupancies that are projected for the end of the year.
Since launching sales in 2018, the project is over 80% sold, with sales of the remaining units now being conducted online through video conferencing.
