Since launching sales in late 2019, we are pleased to announce that our Whitby Harbour project, Waterside Villas, with partner Fieldgate Homes has sold out. While reaching that major sales milestone the project officially began the construction phase of our 3.5 acre development site in November. In early November all lots were excavated, and majority of foundations were underway or complete. Framing of the townhouses has now begun on the development site and will continue into the new year.
