Located at Burhamthorpe Road West and Sixth Line in North Oakville within one of the newer planned growth areas in Oakville, the property was successfully developed into a 83-unit residential community comprised of 41’ and 45’ single-detached homes. The Oakes resident’s benefit from quick connectivity to major transportation networks and easy access to area amenities and green space including the abutting ravine system that comprises Sixteen Mile Creek.
The development was successfully completed in 2021.
