We are pleased to share drone video of our Oakville II development in partnership with Treasure Hill. Servicing continues on the 72-acre development site located at Southeast of Sixth Line and Burnhamthorpe Road, with TACC Construction working on the site’s infrastructure, specifically sewer installation and road development. The site is expected to be developed into 83 single-detached homes, nestled in a protected greenspace community with easy access to walking and biking trails, including Nipegon Trail and Sixteen Mile Creek. The development site is in close proximity to schools, public libraries, shopping and entertainment amenities, as well as being conveniently located near the Oakville GO station and Highways 407 and 403.
