As concrete pours continue for the full structure, our construction team has started framing individual units on the lower levels since September. Masonry, window installation, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing have also begun on the lower levels and will continue to progress steadily over the coming months. The building is slated to top off in the first half of 2023 with pre-leasing expected to begin in the summer of 2023 and first move-ins scheduled before the end of 2023.As part of our U.S. Society Living platform with partner, PMG, Society Wynwood will boast 318 suites, over 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and feature premium amenities including a rooftop pool and restaurant, large co-working spaces with private conference rooms, a massive modern gym and fitness studio, and a basement audio lounge.
