Our Linx Condos development will soon reach a significant construction milestone with the official building top-off. We recently took a tour of the high-rise building to see the progress made to date thanks to the hard work of our construction team, the various trades, and our development team. The views of the City of Toronto as you look south towards Lake Ontario from the upper floors of the building are stunning. We are excited to begin welcoming new residents to their homes, with the first occupancies expected to occur in the fall 2023. Located in the well-connected Danforth Village and near popular Toronto neighbourhoods, including the city’s iconic Greektown section of Danforth Avenue, Riverdale, and The Beaches, our 371-unit high-rise condominium will be a significant and welcome addition to the community. The tower has been crafted to reflect a timeless yet modern aesthetic with clean lines and large windows that offer stunning views of Toronto’s waterfront and skyline.
