Enrique is an Associate in Greybrook’s Asset Management group, where he is responsible for supporting the team’s underwriting asset management and project management functions to ensure the successful execution of Greybrook’s real estate investments. He supports the team in conducting due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and the ongoing management of high-rise projects.
Before joining Greybrook’s Asset Management group, Enrique was an associate at Vertex Private Equity Investors. In this role, he was responsible for underwriting acquisitions, securing development financing, conducting financial analyses, and managing investments across various asset classes spanning residential high-rises, retail properties, luxury hotels, and industrial projects. He also worked as a Senior Analyst at KPMG, specializing in financial valuations for companies across various industries.
Enrique holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto specializing in Finance.
