With construction of our Colgan Crossing community progressing rapidly over the past year, we were very pleased to begin home occupancies and welcome the first homeowners to their new homes in this brand-new community in late 2023. Our 191-acre master-planned development, in partnership with Tribute Communities, includes 643 single-detached and townhomes located in Colgan, Ontario, within the small township of Adajala-Tosorontio in Simcoe County north of the City of Toronto.With most of the homes in this development sold in 2021, construction is well underway on the vast majority of homes in the project, with 54 homes that have closed thus far. The new community is comprised of townhomes, 40’, 50’, 60’, and 70’ spacious homes that reflect heritage-inspired architecture in a contemporary form and modern interiors within an intimate community nestled among rolling hills and endless green spaces.
The Colgan Crossing residential community is close to local boutiques, restaurants, golf courses, and conservation areas and is a 40– 60-minute drive from many larger cities in the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga, Brampton, Richmond Hill, and Vaughan, and it is just over a 40-minute drive to Pearson International Airport. This proximity provides residents with access to major shopping malls, entertainment, services and employment in less than an hour.
We look forward to delivering these well-appointed homes to purchasers as home closings continue throughout the year. Together, Greybrook and Tribute have over 10,000 thousand homes developed or in development in southern Ontario, including our 929-home master- planned communities in Fergus, more than 2,500 homes in our recently launched development northeast of the GTA in Lindsay, and over 2,300 hundred homes in Durham Region, in addition to several high-rise developments in the GTA.
