We are pleased to report that construction of Society Wynwood’s thoughtfully designed multi-family residence has progressed significantly since our last update with all three crane towers now erected, the building’s foundation poured and vertical construction progressed to the second of eight storeys.
Our purpose-built multi-family residential development with partner PMG, is located along NW 2nd Avenue in the heart of Miami’s flourishing Wynwood neighbourhood. Once completed the project will include 318 units and over 50,000 square feet of commercial space.
