We are pleased to announce that construction is substantially complete for both the North and South towers. The only work that remains is the in-suite and building deficiency work, both which are underway, and streetscaping which will commence in the spring of 2022, with the majority of work expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
As of the middle of October, 743 out of 744 units have been sold with all but four units have been closed, with the remaining four units expected to close before the end of 2021. The only inventory that remains is one residential unit and one small commercial unit, which are both being actively marketed by a third-party broker.
