After acquiring the 3-acre site back in 2006, Stafford Homes has commenced the demolition phase of the Keystone Mews project with the second and only remaining building being deconstructed in accordance with projected timelines. As part of its ongoing transformation of the former industrial site into North York’s newest master-planned residential community, the project will boast over 50 freehold townhomes and semi-detached units ranging from 1,635 to 2,260 sq. ft.
Nestled in Victoria Village, near Eglington Ave. East and O’Connor Dr., the community will offer future residents comfortable, convenient living with shopping hubs, parks, and public transportation all within close proximity.
Stafford Homes, an experienced Toronto-based real estate developer and builder specializing in low-rise and medium-density divisions, has completed all necessary soil remediation and is in the process of filing a record of site condition with the city of Toronto, a key step toward servicing the site.
