Greybrook is thrilled to announce that NEUF architect(e)s (“NEUF”) will lead the design and architectural consulting process for 101 Yorkville. As the primary consultant, NEUF will work directly with developer partner First Capital Realty (FCR) on schematic designs and design development, as well as review design and construction contracts throughout the construction process.
NEUF is known for their innovative designs and more than 40 years of experience designing landmarks such as Mont Tremblant, the CBC Headquarters in Ottawa, and more recently, the Centre Hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal currently under construction (see rendering below).
We are excited to see the results of a partnership between NEUF and FCR, the single, largest owner of commercial real estate assets in the Yorkville area. FCR’s assets include 98 Yorkville Avenue (where Chanel will open its store in April 2017) and 102 – 108 Yorkville Avenue (currently under redevelopment with store openings planned in mid-2019, preliminary rendering below).
