Three more of Greybrook Realty Partners’ projects have been featured on UrbanToronto’s Growth to Watch For 2017 series. Max Condos (an advisory services development with Tribute Communities, pictured at right) made an appearance in the Jarvis and Church corridors roundup. Designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects, Max Condos is a 363 unit residential tower located steps from transit and downtown amenities, and it is currently in the sales phase.
Meanwhile, development of 140 Yorkville and 1 Scollard was featured in the Bloor-Yorkville and Rosedale area roundup. Designed by Zeidler Partnership and Richmond Architects, 140 Yorkville is expected to be developed into a 29-storey tower consisting of two storeys of retail and 100 ultra-luxury suites. 1 Scollard’s design team of Bruce Kuwubara and KMPB continue to refine the tower’s design based on initial City of Toronto planning staff feedback, with the most recent iteration calling for a 51 storey tower with over 150 luxury suites.
