We are pleased to share that we have received our full approvals on our planned luxury development at 140 Yorkville Avenue. The newly approved design will reach 29 storeys high and be comprised of 100 luxury high rise condominiums units.
In the time since the property was acquired, the immediate area has seen significant transformation and development that has increased the value of this upscale neighbourhood. With the completion of a number of commercial properties along Yorkville Avenue, the street has taken on a new look and several new tenants including the recent Versace flagship store announcement that will occupy the building next to Jimmy Choo and Brunello Cucinelli across from our development at 101 Yorkville. Renderings of this highly anticipated project were shared online earlier this year and with a construction start planned for spring 2019 the team has begun preparing the marketing materials specific to 101 Yorkville and is in discussions with luxury fashion brands and upscale restaurants.
