We are pleased to share that construction has commenced on our Trendi Towns development with Treasure Hill. Trenching and installation of storm sewers, sanitary sewers and watermains are currently underway, with servicing continuing throughout the summer and vertical construction expected to begin in late 2018. Two finished model homes will operate as the sales centre for the development, and the remainder of the townhomes will have unfinished interiors to allow purchasers to select their preferred interior finishes and upgrades. We will provide more details regarding construction and first occupancies as we receive them.
