With all remnants of snow fully melted since our last visit, the beautifully constructed townhomes from our Trendi Towns development are now on full display. Located at McCowan Road and 16th Avenue in Markham, construction of our townhome community with partner Treasure Hill has continued well into the spring months.
Since our last update, with occupancies underway, the project has begun closings on the townhomes. Construction of the remaining blocks continues to push towards completion with the remainder of the unit closings expected to be completed by the end of summer.
As work continues on site, the sales team has been working remotely, showing homes online through innovative 3D virtual walkthroughs. Launched early last month, Treasure Hill’s VR experience is providing prospective buyers the full sales experience as they virtually tour the beautifully crafted and designed townhomes from the comfort and convenience of home.
