An interesting and lively discussion, the expert panel discussed what trends they were observing in real estate across Canada’s major markets and provided insights on a variety of topics including, the impact of the pandemic on construction productivity, where pricing is heading in both the low-rise and high-rise markets and the current development approvals process. Sasha shared with the panel his insights on how he thinks the development community will work though the challenges and capitalize on opportunities moving forward.
