Our Colgan and Colgan II developments with partner Tribute Communities recently unveiled the branded project name – Colgan Crossing. The collection of single-detached homes will be a welcome addition to Colgan, Ontario, north of the Greater Toronto Area. The beautiful countryside estates will offer 40′, 50′, 60′ and 70′ lots, including bungalow designs, and slated to launch in 2021.
Located at Concession Road 8 and Country Road 14 in the County of Simcoe, Colgan Crossing’s 199-acre development site is situated in the expanding community of Tottenham, Ontario. This picturesque rural community is surrounded by lush green space, with nearby schools and close to many amenities in major urban centres in Southern Ontario.
